1. Go to the Editor for the study and click on the Reports section

2. If there are multiple reports, click the Edit icon for the report you'd like to save as a template. If there is only one report, skip to step 3

3. Click on the action icon button for the section of interest

4. Click on Settings option in the action button menu

5. Toggle on the Custom page setup for this section in the dialogue

6. Change the value of margins, headers and/or footers

7. Click to copy any Report Data Tags to include in the headers or footers
